The Intervention Team have identified those children in school who require a more specific level of support to develop their skills further. We work into the children’s classes as much as possible so they feel happy and secure in their own environment. We may follow a specific programme of work or we may follow a step of steps to help the child to achieve. We support in Literacy, Numeracy, PSHE, and with fine and gross motor skills-supporting hand eye co-ordination skills such as pegging and threading and big movements such as throwing and catching a ball.
